You will agree to the following when submitting this registration form:

• I have read the YAM/WAM requirements regarding the March 2010 exhibit.
• I understand and agree to the requirements.
• I will bring student artwork to the Worcester Art Museum on

Friday, February 26^th, between the hours of 3:00-5:00 PM. (Snow Date: March 1st)

• I will pick up student artwork on

Thursday, April 1st, between the hours of 3:00-5:00PM. (Snow Date: April 2nd)

****artwork that is not picked up during the designated time will be DISCARDED!

I will help during the Youth Art Month Reception on Sunday, March 10, 2010. 1:00-4:00 (No Snow Date)
I will help during Teen Night on March 18th, 2010, 6-8:00PM (No Snow Date)
I will help with the take-down of the exhibit, Thursday, April 1, 2010. (Snow Date: Friday, April 2, 2010)
