You will agree to the following when submitting this registration form:             

·                    I have read the YAM/WAM requirements regarding the March 2008 exhibit.

·                    I understand and agree to the requirements. 

·                    I will bring student artwork to the Worcester Art Museum on

           Tuesday, February 26^th, between the hours of 3:00-5:00 PM. (Snow Date: Feb. 27^th)

·                    I will pick up student artwork on

           Tuesday April 1st, between the hours of 3:00-5:00PM (Snow Date: April 2^nd)

 

****artwork that is not picked up during the designated time will be DISCARDED!

I will help hang the display on Tuesday, February 26th, 2008, 3:00-5:00PM (Snow Date: Wednesday, February 27th, 2008)
I will help during the Youth Art Month Reception on Sunday, March 9, 2008. 1:00-4:00 (No Snow Date)
I will help during Teen Night on March 13th, 2008, 5:30-8:00PM (No Snow Date)
I will help with the take-down of the exhibit, Tuesday, April 1, 2008. (Snow Date:Wednesday, April 2, 2008)
