The Crown of Thorns 

This performance was done on April, 6, 2007 in Hopkinton, MA. The crown was constructed of 36, 8foot pine 2x4's.The crown measured 8.5 feet (center diameter) and over 10 feet outer diameter. During the sermon the congregation took turns coming on stage and hammering a nail into the crown. The noise and act of hammering were the final elements to this work.
